About my style
My mat pilates classes are contemporary, dynamic, and a little spicy.
I love taking classical pilates exercises and elevating them with props, strength elements, and creative flows that leave you feeling strong, energised, and definitely a little sweaty. Alongside pilates fundamentals, I also mix in functional strength work — think tricep push-ups, balance challenges, and full-body power sequences — always with a strong focus on alignment and control.
My classes are designed for all levels and I always offer progressions and regressions so everyone can move in a way that feels both supportive and challenging. I want students to leave class standing taller, feeling stronger, and moving better every time they step onto the mat.
I completed my 50-hour teacher training in December 2025 and currently teach at studios around Prenzlauer Berg, alongside selected monthly classes for companies.
